My OPT ran out of battery. usually, when i try to charge the phone, it will show big battery icon charging right? but it didnt just now. it showed a message saying "battery is too low, charge for a while before turning device on" with battery icon. the problem is, it seems like i cant charge my device. i leave my device to charge for like 3 hours, the same message appear and the battery percentage didnt go up. i tried to charge the phone using other charger (same cable) but it wont work. anyone know what is the cause and how to fix it?
Please help.
